Recently, a new workshop took place at SailyGroup – more interactive than ever before! This time it was all about Design Thinking, a topic we also presented in an interesting blog article before and now got to see in practice.
The workshop was held by Ramya, our IT Project Manager, who was able to provide detailed insights on how to respond to the rapid growth of technologies and business trends through years of experience in the IT and development sector.
Keeping up with the rapid changes in our world requires a high degree of open-mindedness and the ability to adapt to these changes. One of the possible ways to approach the changes is the so-called Design Thinking. It is a method that divides the way of problem confrontation and the related solution finding into 5 phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.
Not only did Ramya explain this method in detail and at the same time clearly understandable, in addition she gave practical examples to better understand the topic and to be able to implement it in everyday life.
Additionally, during the workshop, our employees engaged in hands-on activities to apply the principles of Design Thinking to real-world scenarios. Through collaborative exercises and brainstorming sessions, innovative ideas and potential solutions were generated. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for the team to enhance their creative problem-solving skills and foster a culture of innovation within SailyGroup.
