SG Battle – Team event

In the SG Battle we aimed to get as many team members as possible to show their relatives and friends Sailygroup’s company culture. Our team event consisted of 30 participants divided into 4 teams. As an incentive we had the SailyCoins, which are rewarded with a certain number after each battle. There were 6 games where 4 teams compete against each other according to a game plan to win the SailyCoins. The 6 games consisted of brain games, sports games and team games. Due to the fact that they were mixed teams, it was also necessary to have discussions and find solutions. Overall, we can say that the evening was a complete success for us as a company and we had the opportunity to get to know our employees better and at the same time get to know their environment.
